If your customer is currently using an Azure offer other than Azure Plan then you can:
– RECOMMENDED: Transition your customer to Azure Plan which can be done contacting your Arrow Sales Representative
– Purchase a Microsoft Azure Account (Legacy) instead
Once you have transitioned to Azure Plan you will no longer be able to purchase legacy Azure for this customer. More details can be found in the knowledge centre.
to use Microsoft Azure, you must:
Decide if you will administer the subscriptions for your end customers.
If Arrow is supporting your end customers Azure deployments, choose from Arrow’s Standard and Premium Azure support options.
Create a Microsoft Account (formerly Windows Live ID) for your organization if you don’t have one.
Register for a Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) Membership to receive an MPNID.
Subscribe to the Microsoft CSP Program in ArrowSphere and become an Arrow partner in the Microsoft CSP program.
